7: Gametape - “Don’t F*cking Call Me Again”

Welcome to another Gametape episode, where we review our most recent improv show by observing and outlining the details of our craft - just like the world’s best athletes review their gametape. Why? We are giant improv nerds. Big, old, giant nerds. We love improv, we love talking about improv, and we’re on a never ending quest to get better at improv.

In this episode, Anatasha and Travis chat about our recent show aptly called “Don’t F*cking Call Me Again.” We talk about what it’s like when your improv is inspired by your real life, the trials of capturing a stage-like sense of play over zoom, and things we would’ve could’ve done differently if we were as good as Cook County Social Club. As you’ll hear in the episode, Andrew was off on some grand adventure that we weren’t invited to, and he wasn’t able to do this show - but he still manages to make a special appearance. You can watch the full show on our YouTube Channel.

If you enjoyed the podcast, would you please consider leaving us a review on Apple Podcasts/Spotify? It takes less than 60 seconds, and the reviews really help us convince hard-to-get guests. Aaaand we LOVE reviews. We can’t get enough! But it’s not a problem… we could stop reading reviews literally at any time… if we wanted to… we just don’t want to.
